Its almost time again to celebrate Horsham Dog Park’s 15th Anniversary at the annual “Pawty in the Park” Halloween Party! Just like last year they will have vendors, raffles and the ever popular Dog Costume Parade and Contest (humans are welcome to dress up too!)
